Our TUSCAN detached cottage loft features a king size bed with luxury down comforter & pillows & memory foam pillow topper. There are 2 twin beds in the loft area accessed by ladder. A gaming/poker table and flat screen tv makes this the perfect getaway for teens and kids. Cottage can accommodate up to 4-5 person (provided a few are kids) Cottage rental is an additional $29 per night regardless of season. |

Additional information about rates
Special $99.00 rate on selected off-season dates and last minute bookings. Does not
include Peak season or holidays. Some holidays and special events require a 5 night
minimum.
$200.00 deposit for house~$250.00 for house and cottage. Deposit serves to book and hold your days and then turns into a damage deposit which is returned after your stay providing no damage has been incurred.
Pets are considered. There will be an extra nightly fee of $10.00 per animal and an additional pet deposit of $100.00. There is also an additional $25.00 cleaning fee for the house and an additional $35.00 for the house and cottage.
Cancellation policy: A 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card which would be $50. Cancellations/changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30-90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the rental and deposit unless we are able to re-book exact days.
No refunds within 30 days unless we are able to re-book exact days.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Please add $60.00 cleaning fee and 9.4% taxes to rates.
